Thursday Series – Race 10 Report & Photographs Monday Series – Race 10

Nineteen dinghies and twelve cruisers signed in to race in beautiful conditions – flat sea, sun shining and a force three breeze.

Six trainees also took to the water – working towards their RYA Level 2.

Six laps were set for the dinghies and in the handicap fleet the RS400 seemed to fly as it hoisted its kite and soon took the lead which it held to the finish.

The Lasers soon spread, with Kian Andrews taking top spot and the fight for second and third continued between Joe Smith and Nick Watts.

The Mirrors stayed in a close pack on the first leg but the beat soon spread the fleet.

In the Mirrors Colin Stephens (crew Luke Stephens) sneaked past Eric Taylor (crew Aoife Mooney) to claim first position.
