The new handicap system to be utilised by both fleets; Ryman and Cressar; at Penzance Sailing Club in 2023 season is the RYAYTC (Royal Yachting Association Yacht Time Correction). 

This replaces the Pz handicap system, based on IRC (International Rating Certificate), that
we have utilised for the last four years.

It takes approximately a week to obtain an RYAYTC but it requires a measurement form to be completed on-line.
