14 boats launched this evening into a serious breeze! In the Enterprise fleet, Tom Kliskey led from start to finish, lapping Colin Stephens and Laura Kickers, who were having an uncompetitive fun sail.
This was just as well, given that they discovered that swimming was not the fastest way around the course! John Matthews and Di Stephens hunted Tom down for second place.

Sebi Schmidt and Roisin Mooney had a close race with Lloyd Williams and Aoife Mooney in the Mirrors, but a port and starboard incident saw Sebi, through no fault of his own, had to retire, leaving Lloyd to win.
Giles Gilbert scorched away from the rest of the Laser fleet to take a convincing win from Louise Summers and Steve Fuller- the latter practising his swimming for his next iron man competition.
Kian Andrews predictably led home the handicap fleet in his D-Zero, pursued by Nick Downing flying his latest boat acquisition, a Streaker. A soggy Martyn Curnow brought his Solo home in 3rd place.
