The A2 Rigging Helford-Penzance race attracted a healthy fleet of 18 yachts on Saturday 23rd July.
The race formed part of the COGS 2016 coastal Series. The start was at 10.30am in the mouth of the Helford River and the finish was a transit between the light house on the end of the pier and St Mary’s Church in Penzance.
A great sail was followed by all convening in a packed clubhouse for prizes presented by A2 Rigging and previous Penzance Sailing Club’s commodore, Mel Sharp.
