If you have not been to Cornwall for a few years you will quickly notice a radical improvement in the roads serving the county. However, in holiday season our roads can be very busy so please plan your journey carefully.

Driving directions to Penzance Sailing Club

By rail

Penzance is at the end of the mainline and is easy to travel to.

For more information visit the National Rail Website.

From the Train Station our clubhouse is approximately 300m straight on past the Bus Station (the Bus Station is distinctive for having a white conical roof). Our clubhouse is the brown building surrounded by dinghy park straight ahead.

By sea

Penzance is the perfect stop off for any sailor sailing around the Cornish Coast. We are also within easy reach of the Isles of Scilly and Falmouth.

The outer harbour dries out but the inner harbour is available for deep keeled boats (gates open 2 hours before to 1 hour after High Water). Waiting buoys are south of the Lighthouse Pier (seasonal). Alternatively Newlyn harbour has berths available.
